An Anti-Kopimist using her Power to Censor Honest Journalism

Hello Kopimists,

I would like to take a moment to share with you this article, in which it is described that the Governor of South Carolina, Nikki Haley, contacted a newspaper and had a story about her and her daughter pulled. The details of the story, which you can read for yourself, are partiularly interesting beacuse they raised questions about the lawfulness of Gov. Haley’s actions regarding family employment. Please read the article for yourself and, if you feel moved by this blatant anti-Kopimist action, to contact the governor’s office or share the story with your friends and family.

  1. I am sure that there are much more important issues (truly threaten our faith, real anti-Kopimist actions eg. SOPA, PIPA, NDAA, ACTA, CISPA, and alike in making) that we should be aware of than that story.

    Data love be with you.

    • I am sure that you are right. As a church in the USA we are not allowed to directly endorse or oppose legislation or the election of specific candidates or political parties. While it would be convenient to speak of such things openly through the church’s mouthpiece, we recognize that obtaining formal recognition as a church will not be possible if we engage openly in specific political discourse.
